ORDINATION POLICIES

THIS IS A TBM BLC COURSE BUT HAS ITS OWN
INDIVIDUAL POLICIES PER THIS PROGRAM, THEY ARE:

THIS IS A FREE PROGRAM OFFERED TO ALL.
THIS PROGRAM IS A FREE PROGRAM.

There is a $50.00 administration fee for this program.
This admin fee is non refundable so please make sure this is what you are truly called to do.
This course is a via mail program and you will complete it one chapter at a time. There are 21 chapters to complete
then, a final exam. The Chapter reviews are for edification and knowledge but the final exam is for a grade and
you must pass to be issued credentials. All those who fail will only be able to retake the finals 1 more time, then
they will have to re-enroll and repay admin fee after that.

Once you pass your final exams you are eligible for your credentials and will receive:
1. Wall Certificate
2. Letter of Good Standing
3. Letter of Congratulations
4. Wallet Id
These credentials will allow you to teach in any Christian Education Program with confidence.
You will have the proper training that you need and credentials to show your Pastor you are
equipped and ready to participate in assisting your congregation, In the same token Religious leaders
can send their members to be trained and sent back, were here to help you reach your spiritual goals!

If you are credentialed to be a TBM Education you are entitled to:
Access to TBM Online forums and participation in our online and offline community.
Has access to conventions, fellowships locally and abroad.
Has Spiritual accountability from TBM, and a place to fellowship if In Indianapolis for services.
Has privileges of establishing Ministry Charter Schools under TBM and we will help you set your ministry up.
Is allowed to participate as official TBM Staff online ( Moderate), and act as a representative over other Educators
in your city. In the event there are more then one Educator to a city there will be a Educator Liaison elected to
represent all Educators and organize functions etc. within their own city. In the event TBM is overwhelmingly
blessed with membership there will be a State Overseer Elected.
Will be able to teach various courses online, or contribute material- If elected by TBM to do so. ( on or offline)

All Educators must renew yearly. There is a $25.00 admin fee. This must occur 1 year from the Credentialing date.
The next year one day after your credentialing date you are no longer in good standing with TBM. If you want
to get back into good standing you must pay another admin fee and reapply for your credentials.
You have a 30 day grace period that if you renew you will not have to resubmit a new final exam but if you wait
until after your 30 day grace period you will also have to take the whole course over again.

Educators may receive replacement credentials or paperwork at any time for a $5.00 replacement fee.

Educators have a obligation to live morally and by biblical standards as described in the Holy Bible.
Anyone found to be living in sin or impure lives will beheld accountable as the book of Matthew tells us to.
We are to follow this discipline Policy and treat others as we'd want to be treated!:
1. Witnessing party needs to hold the individual accountable privately.
2. If they continue, take a witness and hold them accountable again.
3. If they continue bring the offense to the attention of TBM Board Members so that the person can
be held accountable by the Ministry as a whole. If still no repentance then that persons credentials will
be revoked permanently! ( Credentials will be automatically revoked if found guilty of sexually deviate conduct)
***NOTE: TBM RUNS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR SEXUAL PREDATORS, WE WILL DENY
ANYONE SEEKING CREDENTIALS THAT HIDES THEIR PAST WITH LIES, OR IS A SEXUAL PREDATOR!

Educators are welcome to take a active role as a Educator within TBM and participate in our Thursday night
Bible Studies. We welcome fellowship and participation within the Ministries! ( On and Offline!)
