Judgment
Definition: Pronouncement of a decision (Josh 20:6)
God's Discipline on humanity(Ps 9:1,Rom 2:2)
Also, the final Judgment when Christ returns for his people (Rev 14:7)
************************************************************************************************
We cannot escape God's Judgment. There is not 1 case in the bible old or new where anyone
escaped his wrath. We cannot where a disguise to hide from God and We cant change jobs,
spouses or move to avoid his judgment. God sees within us and evaluates all motives within us
, so no matter how we as humans try to fix things - God will still judge our actions.
***********************************************************************************************
There are different ways that we can inherit God's judgment.
Some include:
1. If we mistreat God's people we will have to face God's judgment (OB 1:21)
2. When Christ returns for his followers he will separate the "wheat from the tarry"
meaning the sinners from the saints (Matt 13:30)
********************************************************************************************
When the FINAL JUDGMENT comes as told in Matthew 14:30 Christ will judge all sinners and saints.
He will : (Matthew 16:27)
A) Judge according to your earthly and spiritual deeds
B) He will judge the whole earth
C) Christians will be judged for their Faithfulness
D) We will all be judged by how we handled our gifts and earthly responsibilities
* There will be eternal judgment for those who are not "Righteous" in God's eye. (Not followers of
Christ, or "Christians")
All judgment is for the glory of God and is destined to separate sinners from saints so that we may
live in peace and harmony with God our Father as Christ has established for us!
Judgment is not to be taken harshly and seen as failure it is only scary to those who are not saved
and living righteous, to us Christians it means Victory!!!
